Link Provider Credential

https://api.lootlocker.com/identity/v1/link

Records a provider credential against the identity of the authenticated player session. The credential becomes visible to the identity layer: a later session presenting the same credential resolves to this identity instead of minting a second one.

Idempotent: a credential the identity already owns answers created: false. When another identity in the same publisher owns the credential, the call answers 409 with the merge offer and links nothing; resolve it with POST /identity/v1/merge. LootLocker never links a credential across identities on the player's behalf.

Requires a game session (x-session-token) that is linked to an identity.
