Complete Playtest Onboarding

https://api.lootlocker.com/game/playtests/{subdomain}/complete

Completes onboarding for the authenticated player. Fails when a required answer is missing or a required document is not acknowledged at its current content hash. When the playtest links a survey, this also records a survey completion. Requires a player session token.
