Get Migrated DLCs

https://api.lootlocker.com/game/v1/player/dlcs
This endpoint will return a list of DLC's migrated for the player. The DLC identifiers returned will be the ones of the platform the DLC belongs to.
The identifier will always be a string, even if the identifier is numeric.
